Heating of Electrical Cable
Producing electric cables, to be polymerized using an induction heater is the only possible way to transmit energy only to the metal without damaging the rest around. This to get Energy Savings and the Repeatability.
The recovery temperature of slabs or bars steel before rolling mill running with Induction Heater to ensure a high energy savings. Another not negligible advantage is the reduced space required by Inductor Coils than a traditional oven.
Melt by Induction
Induction technology is indicated in melting processes where the energy is direclty applied to the metal to be melted. It is used to melt iron and steel, copper, aluminium and precious metals.
The advantage of the induction furnace is a clean, energy-efficient and well-controllable melting process compared to most other means of metal melting. Most modern foundries use this type of furnace also because the well controlled heating process can prevent loss of valuable alloying elements.
